Job Title: Team Lead – PHP Team Experience: 3 - 4yrs
Educational Qualification: BTech/ BE( CS/IT/IS) / MCA/MSc (IT/
CS)/MTech.
Job Location: Cochin, Kerala, India
Technical skills: Must Haves
• Environment: Apache / Linux
• Proficiency in PHP, Frameworks ( Zend, Code Ignitor, CakePHP,
joomla ), MVC Architecture.
• Database Designing and Perfomance Tuning in MySQL / PostgreSQL /
MongoDB
• Internet Technologies : HTML, JSP ,CSS, Ajax, Javascript/Jquery
• CMS – Wordpress/Drupal
• Object Oriented Programming Skills (PHP5).
• Web Services Technologies and APIs.
• Knowledge in XML, JSON data types.
Nice to have:


 CMS –Majento
 PHP Frameworks used –Smarty/YII
 HTML 5
 Server: Lamp/Wamp
 Ecommerce sites: x-cart, zencart, oscommerce, opencart, cs-cart.
• Soft skills: Leadership skills, excellent communication skills,
client interaction skills, Team Management and training skills Role and
Responsibilities
 Analyze Design, Develop and Deploy web-based applications as per
the project specifications.
 Would be designated as team lead.
 Responsible for modifying and extending open source applications.
 Must be able to adapt and self-teach various mobile, web and
database technologies quickly.
 Must write efficient code with documentation.
 Should read, debug code written by others.
 Coordinate with team members in developing and designing
 Test and analyze programming projects and report the same to the
Programming Manager
 Develop Mobile Applications based on web technologies
 Work with the team to explore innovative ideas and approaches to
enable new ways to understand and interact with large amounts of data
from internet.
 Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills are
required.
 Team-oriented individual, positive attitude, energetic, result
& delivery oriented, keen interest on exploring innovative solution.
