Requirements:
The person should have experience in;

• Experience in PHP & MySQL, various open source frameworks, 
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, AJAX, SQL. 
• Excellent communication, self motivator, team player, ability to solve complex problems, design & requirements documentation
