Delhi Stock Exchange Ltd. (DSE), one of the premier Regional Stock Exchanges in the
Country, requires dedicated, self-motivated computer-savvy professionals, from stock market / financial sector background in the following positions

1. Managing Director
Position requires strong commercial acumen with 15- 20 years of experience in the capital market at a senior level. Should have an expertise in business development, strategic planning, operational processes and managing multi functional teams. Thorough knowledge of Corporate & Securities Laws and Cost and Budgeting Management. He shall, in all his actions, be responsible and accountable to the Board of Directors.

Persons currently drawing an annual CTC of less than Rs. 45 Lacs need not apply.
2. Chief Technology Officer
Working experience of 10-15 years with demonstrated knowledge in managing, costing, and sizing multiple complex large size IT projects of 5-10 million dollars. Experience in vendor management and managing projects in multiple technologies in Capital Market
domain, preferably from the Stock Exchanges. PMP certification would be an added advantage.
Persons currently drawing an annual CTC of less than Rs. 25 Lacs need not apply.

3. Manager - Legal
He is expected to be between 30-35 years of age and even older persons can be considered. Should have a minimum experience of more than 5 years as an advocate. Should have the experience of litigation in court, well versed in legal drafting such as agreements of merging and acquisitions etc. The Job profile requires briefing company engaged advocates in legal matters and advisory to company in due compliance of law, rules and regulations etc.

Salary commensurate with learning and experience.
