Job description:
--> Research on M&A deals using company press
releases, RNS statements, proprietary databases, Annual Reports, Quarterly
statements etc.
--> Analyze deals with respect to deal value, target
financials, valuation multiples, offer premiums etc.
--> Prepare a detailed M&A report based on the

--> Extensive email correspondence with international
clientele.
--> Educational qualification Graduate (Majored in
Finance)
--> Keen Interest in Secondary Research
--> Ability to interpret data and aid in arriving at the
key findings
--> Decision making and judgment
--> Knowledge of Mutual funds, Portfolio Management,
Equity and Fixed Income markets allindiajobs.in
--> Proficient in MS Office (Prior experience in Word
& Excel preferred)
