Job Title : AGM – DGM - CREDIT
Qualifications : Grad.with CAIIB.Addl.Qual–CA/ICWA/MBA is desirable
Experience : 10 to 15 years Yrs.
Job Description :
Will be part of senior management team of the Bank. Responsible for the formulation of policy & strategy and its implementation of the same to achieve budgeted goals. Be a self starter in order to achieve task and overcome problems as well as provide direction to others.
Possess quality of assessment of large credit proposals. Build new relationships to expand the client base of the Bank. Structuring product development & management. Effective internal control. Design and implement a credit risk management program for the Bank. Exposure to credit risk rating models is desirable. Implementing proper documentation to safeguard interest of the Bank. Coordination with internal /Concurrent /Statutory Auditors.

Job Title : Branch Head
Qualifications : Minimum Graduate with CAIIB.
Experience : Yrs.
Job Description :
Age: Not exceeding 45 years.
Key Deliverables: Achieving Branch sales and revenue targets. Source new low cost deposits and sell Assets, Liabilities, Third Party Products to the existing customers and prospective customers. Focused on customer service to exceed expectations.
Responsible for dealing with Bank’s external / internal auditors & inspections, Team development, cost management, revenue generation, ensuring adherence to KYC/AML norms, compliance of statutory and Bank's laid down policies.
Key skills required: Analytical, selling, problem solving, interpersonal and communication.
Job Title : Relationship Manager/Asst.Manager - Credit
Qualifications : CAIIB. MBAs/CAs/ICWAs preference
Experience : Yrs.
Job Description :
Key Result Areas:
  • Delivering the agreed business plan for commercial loans. This includes delivering budgeted profit and achieving targeted asset level,building a robust pipeline of proposals, managing asset quality and arresting any asset quality slippages, achieving budgeted fee based revenue etc.
  • Key to this is developing account management plans and managing relationships proactively to pre-empt excessive upward delegation for routing decisions.
  • Maintaining asset quality on the vulnerable accounts in the portfolio and establishing a process for an ongoing credit monitoring to pre-empt surprises.
  • Establishing and delivering high standards of compliance.
Key Skills required:
  • Analytical, selling, problem solving, interpersonal and Communication skills.
