HDFC - Relationship Manager-(Calicut, Ernakulam, Kochi, Kollam, Trivandrum)

Responsibilities:
  • Acquisition of new Preferred customers
  • Enhancement & deepening of the existing relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customer
  • Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers
  • Utilizing the sales resources (BDR or COEX or Asset Coordinator) for optimal sales support
  • Penetration of products across family groups
  • Sales across all product segments-TPP, Assets, Cards etc.
  • Ensure that individual customers are grouped and Customer To Group (CTG) Ratio is maintained on the portfolio
  • Ensure that optimal levels of Income generating Product Group Holding (IPGH) is reached
  • Ensure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts
  • Error free documentation for all account opening and all customer instructions (Stop payments, FD Closure, etc)
Requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Graduate/Post Graduate/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
  • Job role in Retail Banking / Branch Operation or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Markets
  • Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills
  • Good Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Interpersonal & Influential Skills.
  • Should have a good knowledge of Liability and Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, Insurance
  • Certification:
  • AMFI Certification
  • NCFM Certification (Optional)
  • CAIIB (Optional)
  • Internal Certifications
