6. Revenue Generation & Collection
7. Signing Contracts with Schools
Salary:INR 3,75,000 - 6,50,000 P.A. Plus 2 Lacs Incentive PA

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization) AND ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)

1. Graduate or MBA/ business degree from reputed colleges in India
2. Must have proven track record in Institutional or corporate selling or direct selling e learning /
3. IT solutions / FMCG / Telecom / Banking & Finance will be preferred.
4. Must have 4-8 years of relevant experience
5. Should be well networked and have interacted / dealt successfully with institutional heads
and management.
6. Should be well experienced in the commercials and contract negotiations
7. Should have through understanding and appreciation of training/ E learning business.
8. Excellent sales and people skills; effective blend of tact and tenacity
9. Creative thinking (out-of-the-box thinking)
10. Should be able to do cold - calling and field work
11. Ability to maintain strong relationships with key/senior stakeholders.
12. Ability to understand client needs and conceptualize appropriate solutions
13. Ability to win deals in highly competitive environment
14. Ability to conceptualize new product line as per the industry requirement
15. Skilled at identifying decision makers and building executive relationships
16. Should be able to engage successfully in the entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales
closure
17. Will be responsible recognizing revenue and collection from existing customer
18. Should have good communication ability in English (+ regional languages).
19. Knowledge in education industry is preferred
20. Willingness to work from virtual office
21. Willingness to relocate to the other geographies if required
