Responsible for handling 80 - 100 branches
To achieve assigned Business wise targets/targeted ROI for the region.
To achieve assigned Business wise targets/targeted ROI for the region.
To ensure quality training of Staffs, recruitment, employee engagement and retention activities.
To deliver against service level agreements for businesses and adherence to Standard operating procedure.
Ensure operational efficiency & effectiveness, Statutory compliances.
To deliver quality service to customers, reduce customer complaints and implement innovative customer service initiatives.
To nurture the team and implement team development programs.
To implement the new branch/market identification, market development and marketing activities.
To collaborate with Marketing team and initiate-implement innovative regional/branch level marketing activities in regular intervals.

Salary:INR 6,00,000 - 8,50,000 P.A
