Responsibilities:
  • To ensure asset reconciliation and stock tally
  • To ensure customer complaints are closed within TAT
  • To ensure seamless management of helpdesk and field service staff
  • Vendor management & repair management
  • Version control on Edc terminals deployed in the market
  • To ensure EDC installations are completed within TAT
  • To ensure audit parameters are fulfilled and location is satisfactory on audit
  • To ensure 100% fulfillment of Chargeback & Retrieval (Cardholder disputes)
Requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
