Job Description:

After completion of training candidate will be expected to support Store Manager with following duties & responsibilities.

- To execute retail operations of Store and ensure smooth execution and adherence to all SOPs.

- To support a small team of associates to deliver reliable services to customers and/or other colleagues in the organization.

- To ensure 100% adherence to POG and promo implementation in the store.

- To work with my team to reduce dump, shrink and other losses of the store.

- To ensure that store is kept clean and hygienic.

- To ensure that all consumables are within budget and work towards reducing costs.



Desired Candidate Profile:


- CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS MINIMUM OF 60% IN ANY TWO OF THEIR ACADEMICS.

- Male Candidates are preferred.

- Should be assertive and possess good analytical skills.

- Very strong in execution

- MBA candidates with specialization of Operations/Retail management/SCM are preferred.
