Pay Scale : Rs.37400 – Rs.67000 plus Academic Grade Pay of Rs.10000 with special pay of Rs.3000 PM and other allowances
Qualification : 1st Class Degree in BE/ BTech or ME/ MTech level with PhD Degree in Engineering. Post-PhD publication and guiding PhD students is essential requirement.
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in Teaching/ Research/ Industry out of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Professor in Engineering Degree College.
Professor
No of Vacancies : 03 nos

Age: 34 – 50 years

Qualification : 1st Class Degree in BE/ BTech or ME/ MTech level with PhD Degree in relevant branches of Engineering. Post-PhD publication and guiding PhD students is highly essential requirement.
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in Teaching/ Research/ Industry out of which 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor OR minimum 13 years experience in Teaching and/ or Research and/ or Industry

Selection Process:
I. Written examination followed by via-voce test based on syllabus recorded in the Service Rules concerned;
OR
II. Through vice-voce test only. (if the number of candidates is very high in comparison to the number of posts, a scrutiny test is conducted to minimize the number of candidates proportionately, which, of course, depends on the discretion of the Commission).
