Job Details: 

- The Project Trainee on a day to day basis is expected to support the senior resources in below activities related to in-house built tool called Arctern Information Management (AIM)

- Understand business processes

- Requirement gathering and requirement document creation for business processes

- Liaison with MIS team for implementation of business requirements

- User Acceptance testing for the business processes implemented in Internal MIS

- User documentation for the above mentioned business processes implemented in MIS

- Training users on the new features of business processes implemented in MIS
